Tanuja Debbarmma is an accomplished Western vocalist, global performer, and the visionary founder of GOALFOC Academy. Born and raised in the vibrant cultural landscape of Northeast India, Tanuja’s musical journey began at a young age and led her to perform on stages around the world with celebrated bands and international music groups.
Her distinct vocal tone, creative interpretation, and heartfelt delivery set her apart as a performer. But beyond the stage, it’s her dynamic and intuitive teaching style that has impacted countless aspiring artists. With a deep belief that music should be accessible to all, she blends global musical insights with strong pedagogical principles to empower the next generation of musicians.
In 2015, Tanuja, along with two soulmates who shared her vision, co-founded GOALFOC Academy—a center for music and creative arts education built on the dream of making quality training available to everyone, regardless of background. What started as a dream between three passionate artists has now evolved into a thriving academy, offering courses in Western vocals, music production, DJing, video editing, and more—led by experienced industry professionals.

With over 18 years of experience in the music industry, Sijo Sam stands as a dynamic force in both performance and production. He is the Co-Founder and Lead Music Production Faculty at GOALFOC Academy, as well as a highly sought-after guitarist and audio technology expert.
Known for his signature blend of artistic creativity and technical mastery, Sijo has mentored and shaped the musical journeys of more than 2,000 students across Kerala. His teaching style is defined by clarity, patience, and an ability to simplify complex concepts for learners of all levels—making him one of the most loved and respected mentors at the academy.
Throughout his career, Sijo has collaborated with leading professionals in the global music scene, including world-famous mix and mastering engineers like Dr. Mix, Out.Mix Pro, and others. He has also worked extensively behind the scenes as a ghost producer, contributing to several mainstream commercial music projects and high-level industry productions worldwide.
Whether on stage with a guitar or guiding students in the studio, Sijo brings a rare combination of skill, humility, and dedication to everything he does. His expertise continues to inspire a new generation of music producers and performers, equipping them with both the tools and the mindset to thrive in today’s music industry.

Nicky Darjee is a seasoned professional guitarist from Canada, known for his electrifying stage presence, technical mastery, and inspiring teaching style. He earned his Grade 8 Performance Certificate in Guitar with Distinction in 2011 and has since built a remarkable career performing and teaching across the globe.
Deeply influenced by guitar legends such as Paul Gilbert, John Petrucci, Guthrie Govan, Greg Howe, and Jack Thammarat, Nicky brings a powerful combination of speed, soul, and technique into his playing. His versatility has made him a favorite among students and audiences alike.
Nicky is also a core part of the faculty at GOALFOC Academy, where he serves as a Guitar Teacher and Western Music Faculty. Known for his student-centered, hands-on approach, he has mentored countless aspiring musicians, helping them unlock their true potential on the instrument.
In 2024, he completed a successful three-month U.S. tour with the Sheldon Bangera Band for the “America on Wheels” tour, further establishing his place in the global music circuit.

An Analytical Chemist by profession and a Musician by passion, Ronnie had Ventured in the college days itself into Professional Music, he was the Vocalist, Guitarist & Bassist of renowned bands like Blue Orchid, Trapeze, Seventh Galaxy, Cosmic Rays & The Electric Street Band. At almost 35 years into Music, he is also a respected Audio Engineer & Producer, Acoustics Consultant & Mastering Expert. He is adept in playing various genres like Blues/Rock/Jazz & also Indian Popular Music.
He had also shared the stage and played with stalwarts of the South East Asian Music Scenario like Anandan Sivamani, Suresh Peters, Carl Peters, Keith Peters, Jim Satya, Santhosh Chandran, Shankar Mahadevan, Guru Kiran, Wilfy Rebimbus and a whole bunch of Indian playback singers like P.B. Srinivas, P. Jayachandran, Mano, Srinivas, Unnikrishnan, Chitra Iyer, Minmini, G. Venugopal, Vijay Yesudas, Unni Menon, M.G. Sreekumar, K.G. Markose, Unni Menon, Sayanora, Afsal, Gayathri, Alex Paul, Kester etc. He had also played sessions on various studio recordings for a number of Indian Movies. But he regards the zenith of his musical career came about when he was invited by the renowned American Rock/Jazz/Punk/Country Singer SARA BORGES to accompany her on the Acoustic Bass Guitar on the Indian leg of her acoustic tour called “BORGES’ SOUNDFEST”.
Apart from Music, Ronnie was also the Senior Programmes & Media Manager of the Malayalam Satellite Entertainment Channel JEEVAN TV from 2004-2011. He is also known as a Composer, Choral and Western Music Trainer – Conductor, Ad & Jingles Maker etc. He had composed and produced soundtracks for several Jingles, Ads, Telefilms & Documentaries for Regional, National & International clients, including Jeevan TV, Jaihind TV, Kairali TV, Times of Oman, The Hindu, Federal Bank, Audio-Max, Urban Living, Vivel Products, Hairomax, Veegaland, Costa Café, Alappat Jewellers, Srilankan Airways, Shell Petroleum etc.
Ronnie is currently the Guitar, Bass, Ukulele, Drums & Western Vocals Trainer at “The Harmony International Music Conservatory” At Muscat, Oman.
